MY BREAKTHROUGH EXPERIENCE

I initially came to Denise lost and confused, questioning who I was, what my purpose was and if I was “good enough.” A backstory for me is I am a college graduate, I am an RN, I own my car and home, I did accomplish all of this by 26 years old. Growing up wasn’t easy, my home life had many hardships. I came from a single mom who had to struggle to provide for me and my siblings. Nothing was ever handed to me,  I had to fight and work my butt off for my goals. I found a way and I didn’t give up. However,once I reached my goals I felt like I could not see what was next nor did I feel good enough to feel the joy from the accomplishments I achieved . Which is where Denise came in. 

I had sat and talked to Denise about what I was experiencing and I felt. I felt empty, lost, a lack of direction/purpose, not good enough, uncertain about who I was. That is when she told me she recommends taking me through a break through. I was so eager to find answers or to not feel this way anymore I was ready so I hired her.

My breakthrough was life changing and transformative, it taught me so much about who I was and what I was holding onto. I learned that I accomplished so many goals carrying heavy baggage and negative beliefs about who I am and what I could accomplish, which quickly surfaced after obtaining my goals. I released all the negative self doubt and found the root cause of the negative feelings. I feel free, I feel light, I feel like there is no weight holding onto me anymore, I can dream again. I’m confident in who I am and what is next for me in my life. My vision is clear, I have new and bigger goals set in place. I am going back to school for Nurse Practitioner and I am so thrilled to utilize my NP in opening up a wellness center of my own. 

The breakthrough is exactly what I needed. I was desperate for clarity and that is what I received. Denise coached me through the whole thing, I felt safe and secure while she was assisting me through this.
